My dear friends
A few months ago someone brought a gift for me and gave it
to my 9-year-old daughter, S'ne. The name of the sender was not written on the envelope,
S'ne could not remember who gave it to her. All S'ne remembered was that the gift was from
the "Frans Roos Fund". When I asked the Rooses they said they did not know who
the donor was. In fact, Peter said I must just thank the Lord. Yes I did, but to be honest
I feel bad that I never got to thank the person.
These days I received a note from the CFT office that
someone had sent a donation for me through the CFT account. Unfortunately they forgot to
take down the particulars when the person phoned. I would be so happy if the donor would
kindly identify himself/herself.
For the sake of accountability I try to acknowledge every
gift. Should you be aware of a case where I did not do so please draw my attention to it.
