You might want to read my brief greetings to
Dirk Schobben and his bride, Ruth, on their wedding day, last Saturday - expressed
somewhat on a lighter note.

Our hearts join with those of Dirk, Ruth and their families
on this great day in thanking the Lord for His grace upon their lives.
Dirk is a prominent member of the Radio Khwezi family and
Ruth qualifies immediately for the title 'umakoti weKhwezi' (Khwezi's bride).
Once again we would like to thank you Dirk for everything
you have done for Khwezi. Your unselfish dedication has benefited us greatly. The
specialised area of computer technology calls for focused minds and in that you are a
picture of excellence.
Ruth, I would like to assure you that you are getting a very
good husband. His patience and diligence in working with computers tells me that you are
off to a good start.
Friends, after 25 years of marriage myself, I am not about
to tell Dirk that women can be as frustrating as computers but the point is that you need
a lot of grace in getting the best out of them.
Finally Dirk, having lived with a grandmother, a mother and
sisters you already have some understanding of this special race but they sure remain a
unique product in God's creation. My firm advice to you is that you keep the Maker's
instruction manual, the Bible, closeby for frequent reference.
