As you pray -18 April 2008
My dear friendsKlaus Alius is thankful for the services with Onkel Friedel in
Bielstein last weekend. After Bielstein, he joined Onkel Friedel and the team for services
in Druhwald, Northern Germany.
Klaus will appreciate your prayers for the
services he has to take in Detmold and Marienmuenster this weekend.
Kjell and Margrit landed safely in Switzerland
this morning. They will be part of the services with Onkel Friedel and the team in
Kaltbrunn this weekend.
Our prayers will also be at the European
Ministers' Conference which takes place in Kaltbrunn from Monday 21 - 23 April.
Radio Khwezi will be covering a great event in
our area, the Mighty Men's Conference in Greytown this weekend. Shalom Ministries, the
organisers and host of the conference, say they expect 37 500 men from South Africa and
beyond to attend. The meeting will be in what has been said to be the largest tent in
the world which takes a professional team three weeks to put up. Shalom
Ministries will appreciate your prayer support.
From the latest update by Joseph
Greyling of TNT we are thankful for the many doors that are opening for the teams
to warn young people on the dangers of drug abuse. These are wonderful opportunities
for proclaiming the Good News of the Ultimate Liberator.
The following are the planned coming events:
Newcastle:
Friday, 25 April 2008 - Wednesday, 30 April 2008.
Richardsbay: Saturday, 26 April 2008.
Escourt:
Monday, 28 April 2008...
Bloemfontein: Sunday, 4 May - Friday, 9 May 2008.
The conductor of the DSS Brass Band, Ernst
Heckel, and the boys left for a weekend at the Kuesel's farm in Paulpietersburg, Northern
KwaZulu-Natal. May they be a blessing and be blessed.
Our thoughts are with Bheki Mthethwa
and Nonhlanhla Majola who will be getting engaged on Sunday at KwaSizabantu. We wish the
young pair God's blessing.
When I open my eyes in the morning one of the
first objects I just have to see on the wall before me is a message that
is written in bright-coloured block letters. I was moved to see that
our youngest daughter S'ne after seeing me ill for the last 7-8 years of her
soon-to-be 13 years of life still has the audacity, no, the faith, to write to me - GET
WELL SOON.
Have a blessed weekend.
Pressing on!
In His love
Fano Sibisi
