As you pray -21 February 2008
My dear friendsA recent report on Radio Khwezi by Zwelandile Ngidi on
visits to local schools by KwaSizabantu teams warmed my heart.
In spite of the official secular policies that
apply to public schools, the teachers on the ground who are grappling with serious
challenges know how vital spiritual input is. Rebellion, violence, drug abuse,
teenage pregnancies and attacks by evil spirits are just some of the serious issues that
teachers are faced with.
Kjell Olsen has just shared with me about a
team effort by the staff of Cedar College of Education and Domino Servite School who are
preparing educational materials that will be distributed to schools in the area. This
practical support will go a long way in enhancing the spiritual message. Pray that the
Lord's Name will be glorified in every way.
Onkel Friedel and Tante Rita left for Australia
on Tuesday. Albert Trinkle had shared with me how much they on the Australian side are
looking forward to this visit. Your prayer support will be appreciated.
Our prayers will be with Juerg Laederach as
he will be addressing a meeting of the 'Internationale Vereinung
Christlicher Geschaeftsleute' (International Association of Christian Businesspeople)
in Solothurn, close to Bern, tomorrow, Friday evening. It is his prayer that the Lord
will presence Himself through His Spirit.
Have a blessed evening.
Pressing on!
In His love
Fano Sibisi
