| Life-Chains October 2005 Various organisations and churches, including CFT, are participating in
`Life-Chains' in various South African towns and cities. These include: Cape Town, Durban,
Ballito, Ladysmith, Bloemfontein and Pretoria. Some are being held on Saturday 1 October,
others (like Durban and Ballito) are on Sunday, 2 October, and still others a week later,
like Ixopo. The Pretoria Life-Chain is in a few weeks time.
Here you can find some of the photos and
video clips of the life-chains.
This Sunday, 2 October, is officially the International Life
Chain Sunday. Over 1 million Christians in over 900 locations worldwide are
expected to stand for the right to life of pre-born babies.
Life Chains have been held every year since 1987 in the USA and
since 1992 in South Africa. Officially, over 300 000 babies have been killed through
abortion in South Africa since 1 February 1997 legally.

Abortion is often forced upon sex-slaves which is becoming an
international phenomenon, including here in South Africa. See more on the BBC website here.
